Yet another end to a most successful and well attended season, our Annual Presentation of Trophies and Awards took place on Tuesday evening 28th May 2024 at our regular meeting place The Centenary Club, Jubilee Close, Weymouth.

The evening consisted of a power point presentation, compiled by our Competition Secretary Steve Baker, of all our Monthly league and non-league competition winners and those which gained certificates of merit. Then in the second half of the evening a presentation of Digital Images and Winning Prints from our Annual Competition, which was Judged Amanda Miller from Poole – Dorset.

On completion of viewing, we then moved onto the presentation of Trophies and Awards, which were presented by the Mayor of Weymouth Cllr Jon Orell. On completion of presentations the Mayor said he enjoyed the evening very much and was very pleased and honoured to have been a part of it.

We thanked the Mayor and our Judge Amanda Miller for honouring us with his presence.

All in all, it was a very successful evening which was well received by our guests and members.

I would like to thank all the members for their full support and co-operation throughout the season and look forward to next season, and congratulations to all the well-deserved winners. Well done all.
